February continued the momentum of 2026 with an eclectic mix of ultra-luxury launches, experimental cask finishes, and retailer exclusives. Scotch dominated the headlines, but there were notable contributions from Ireland, Australia, Taiwan and England, alongside a strong showing from independent bottlers and retail curators.
